Uttarabodhi Mudra signifies supreme enlightenment.

As we practice our breath work regularly and begin to feel bliss on a regular basis, we literally raise our vibration. In so doing we have a profound beneficial effect on everyone around us.

The goal of many spiritual seekers is enlightenment.

At this point, our ego has fallen away not just temporarily while we are meditating or practicing our breath work but on a constant basis.

Use this mudra when you intend to lift your vibration and experience divine bliss.

How to form Uttarabodhi Mudra:

  1. Bring your index fingers together in a steeple position towards the sky.
  2. Cross the remaining fingers.
  3. Cross your thumbs.
  4. Point your clasped hands towards the sky.
