Raise Your Vibration Past the Suffering

One of the simplest ways to move yourself past suffering is to ask yourself just one question, “How can I raise my vibration?”

This is the precise question I ask on behalf of my client whenever I am doing healing work.

What will most efficiently heal your body, mind and spirit?

What will lift you up beyond the physical ache, past your emotional misery, into an entirely new realm of experience?

It’s a simple way of thinking but this one question often produces the most profound results.

All illness — no matter whether you stubbed your toe, battle cancer or are blowing your nose constantly with a common cold — is simply slowed down vibration.

Even if you have never thought of it that way you can instinctively understand what I’m talking about.

Just think of the last time you went to a nursing home.

The energy there feels so slow, so congested, you can’t wait to get out of there. Five minutes there feels like eternity.

Nothing will exhaust you like a week with the flu.

You felt so good just a few days ago, now you can hardly lift your head off a pillow.

This slowed down energy can be shifted simply by increasing your frequency.

You can heal yourself anytime anywhere by allowing yourself to discover ways to raise your vibration.

You’ll know you’re there because you experience a spark of joy, even just for a moment, for a full breath, for five minutes, for an hour.

What can you do?

  • Watch a funny movie
  • Laugh at a good joke
  • Call a friend
  • Practice deep breathing exercises
  • Smell a flower
  • Hug a child
  • Walk in the fresh air
  • Pet a puppy
  • Tickle a baby
  • Listen to the purr of a kitten
  • Dance to your favorite tunes
  • Play a game
  • Write a poem
  • Sing a song
  • Sit in silence and give yourself permission to be, with nothing to do
  • Show up at church, the synagogue, your mosque
  • Pray
  • Meditate
  • Attend the opera, a play, a botanical garden, a concert
  • Watch a live football or baseball game
  • Walk in the forest
  • Stroll down the beach
  • Sit beside a lake

This is not just a matter of distracting yourself from the misery, it’s an experience of changing your internal state.

And if you can’t do something different right now or place yourself in the vicinity of more uplifting energy, you can use your very powerful mind to call upon the wisdom of your soul.

By letting go and letting God you can connect to an answer outside the realm of your current understanding.

Here’s a simple meditation you can do anytime, anywhere to call on the precise frequency you need to balance your body, mind and spirit.

Step One. Sit in a comfortable position.

Step Two. Turn your palms upwards in the receptive position.

Step Three. Close your eyes and say a prayer:

HEAVENLY FATHER, PLEASE BLESS ME WITH THE PRECISE FREQUENCY I NEED IN THIS MOMENT TO HEAL MY BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT. PLEASE ALLOW THIS ENERGY TO BE INTEGRATED ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE CELLULAR LEVEL. THANK YOU GOD, THANK YOU GOD, THANK YOU GOD. AMEN.

Step Four. Sit in silence and feel what’s happening. Notice the shift as you enjoy the peace.

Healing can happen in an instant when you allow yourself space to experience something different.

What is healing? Healing happens when you lift up your frequency.
