Sometimes a person comes into your life who fundamentally changes your entire view of life itself.

Years ago, I had the great privilege of studying with Joseph LePage, founder of Integrative Yoga Therapy. This was one of my six 200-hour yoga teacher trainings along with a 500-hour yoga teacher training as well as extended study of yoga therapy with other teachers that has formed the foundation of my 26 years of teaching.

It was there, deep into my personal study of therapeutic yoga, that my eyes opened to a deeper understanding of who we really are.

This understanding of the human experience informs my work every day of my life as a medical intuitive healer.

When I do medical intuitive readings, I read what I refer to as the five levels of healing:

  • Your physical body
  • Your energy system
  • Your emotions
  • Your mind, the thoughts, beliefs and mental programming that form the structure of your life
