One of the simplest ways to develop your intuition is by setting aside time on a daily basis for prayer and meditation.

In my view, your intuition is simply your soul guidance.

When you take time every day to set aside your ego mind and listen to the divine guidance your soul is constantly receiving, your own intuitive abilities open exponentially.

Why is this so important?

Your ego mind is limited.

No matter how much you think you know, no matter how much you have studied, no matter how intelligent you are, no matter how often you ruminate over problems you are trying to solve, there is a limit to what you personally can know.

Divine intelligence, on the other hand, is unlimited.

On top of all that, your ego gets in the way of accessing your divine guidance in many ways.

Each and every one of us has a shadow.

Your shadow is the unknown, dark side of your personality. It is ruled by fear, the desire to be right and by deep suspicion of the world around you.

You are a soul — you are not your body.

Even though you receive information through your five senses, your soul also receives information through your intuitive senses of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance.
