New Online Yoga Class: Saturdays 10 a.m. with Catherine Carrigan
Due to the recent success of our new online classes, you can now join us for yoga practice every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Catherine Carrigan has taught yoga for 25 years.
In addition to her work as a medical intuitive healer, author of 10 books and host of the Natural Healing Show for UK Health Radio, Catherine has taught yoga in Atlanta an average of five times per week for the past 25 years.
Catherine Carrigan is a certified 500-hour yoga teacher through Lighten Up Yoga in Asheville, N.C., and has not just one but six 200-hour yoga teacher training certifications, including Integrative Yoga Therapy, the White Lotus Foundation, and the Atlanta Yoga Fellowship, Lighten Up Yoga as well as taking Erich Schiffmann’s yoga teacher training not just once but twice.
Her books about yoga include The Difference Between Pain and Suffering , with an appendix including photographs and directions of the 41 yoga poses helpful for getting out of pain, and The Little Book of Breathwork, which explains breathing exercises, hand mudras and affirmations to reduce anxiety, heal lung problems, lower blood pressure, increase energy, resolve insomnia, decrease fatigue, improve asthma and many other benefits.
