“The only way to get truly great intuitive information is to show up and get out of your own way.” Catherine Carrigan
Dhyana Mudra shifts your mind, body and spirit into a state of deep inner peace.
If you’re preparing to meditate or simply want to calm your nerves anytime anywhere, Dhyana Mudra is the hand position to turn to for instant centering.
Here’s how to activate Dhyana Mudra:
- Sit in a comfortable position. Lengthen your spine to make space for your lungs to breathe fully.
- Bring your left hand into your lap.
- Bring your right hand on top of your left hand.
- Bring your thumbs together.
- Relax completely.
As you sit with your hands in Dhyana Mudra, feel your energy gradually coming into perfect alignment.
Your breath slows down.
The clutter of your mind begins to clear.
Your energy naturally drops into your center.
Enjoy the restfulness.
