“If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.”

Apana Mudra is the hand gesture you turn to for purification.
Whether you are wanting to detoxify your internal organs or cleanse your mind of unwanted thoughts, Apana Mudra will clear the space.
To perform Apana Mudra:
- Bring your thumb of each hand together with your middle and ring fingers.
- Extend the other fingers.
As you perform Apana Mudra, use these affirmations:
I NOW CLEANSE MY BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT OF ALL ENERGIES THAT NO LONGER SERVE FOR MY HIGHEST GOOD.
I GROUND MY ENERGY TO THE EARTH.
I AM PATIENT, SERENE, CONFIDENT AND IN HARMONY WITH THE WORLD AROUND ME.
I CLEAR MY ENERGY.
MY INNER AND OUTER CLARITY CONTRIBUTES TO MY INCREASED SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT.
I JOYFULLY RELEASE ALL I NO LONGER NEED.
I KEEP MY VIBRATION CLEAR AND OPEN FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD.
I LET GO AND LET GOD.
Want to learn more about how you can use breathwork, mudras and affirmations?
Read my ninth book, The Little Book of Breathwork.

This book explains how you can use simple breathing exercises, positive thoughts and hand modes to clear stress and raise your consciousness for free anytime, anywhere!
“Some people think breathing is done with your lungs,” says Darin McBratney, owner of the Costa Rica Yoga Spa. “Catherine makes it very clear that your breath comes from your entire being. If you inhale the knowledge of this book you will exhale with much more consciousness.
“This book is not breathtaking, it is breathgiving!”
